What Will You Be Doing
- Ensure an efficient fulfillment of the planned orders by the defined deadline.
- Responsible for the analysis of deviation in the manufacturing process compared to the standard and propose measures to reach manufacturing targets (OEE, PvsA - Plan vs Actual).
- Responsible for the availability of qualified headcount to ensure the targeted quality delivery level.
- Responsible for the observance of all defined standards in regards to EHS, manufacturing, legal compliance (work time, breaks, etc.).
- Support the continuous improvement of all manufacturing processes with the support of lean management tools.
