Job Description:

Role Summary
The 3PM Manufacturing Engineer serves as 3M’s on-site technical authority at contract manufacturing partners in China, owning end-to-end launch execution, mass production transfer, and manufacturing process stability. This role is the primary engineering bridge between 3M’s internal process standards and the contract manufacturer’s production environment.

Manufacturing Launch & Transfer

Lead product and technology transfers from 3M internal facilities or prior suppliers to contract manufacturers, including documentation, tooling, and equipment readiness.
