We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Third In Charge to take our store in Bondi Junction to the next level! This is a part time role, working a minimum of 25 hours per week.
As 3IC at DECJUBA Bondi, you’ll support a high-energy floor where scale and standards matter. A loyal customer base keeps service personal and meaningful. You’ll back the Store Manager and ASM, coach by example, and help the DREAMTEAM keep service, styling, and standards strong through every shift. It’s a great next step for someone growing their leadership while staying close to the customer experience.
