Roles and Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3 D visualizations and photorealistic renderings for residential and commercial interior spaces and building elevations. Develop detailed 3 D models from architectural drawings, interior layouts, elevation designs, sketches, and mood boards. Produce realistic interior and exterior/elevation renders using 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer. Interpret and work from Auto CAD floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings. Apply accurate materials, textures, lighting, and furnishings to achieve realistic and visually appealing presentations. Create multiple design options and views to support client presentations and design approvals. Perform post-production editing and image enhancement using Adobe Photoshop.
