Join Alberici as a BIM Modeler, leveraging Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed construction drawings and 3D models. This role demands your ingenuity in translating project needs into high-quality designs.
The BIM Modeler at Alberici will utilize multiple software platforms with at least 5 years of construction and CAD/BIM experience. Your responsibilities will include developing 3D models for various construction elements while ensuring adherence to BIM standards and protocols. You will coordinate with project teams, manage data, and enhance project execution with innovative modeling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop 3D models of steel, concrete, and masonry
• Create means & methods drawings for field operations
• Manage project-specific modeling standards and data protocols
• Perform constructability reviews and clash detection
• Create presentation-quality models from 2D drawings
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years CAD/BIM experience
