Support the setup of complex animations and interactions to help achieve specific learning objectives. Maintain a broad understanding of all aspects of 3D asset creation, including modeling, texturing, and animation. Collaborate closely with authors, designers, and developers to ensure assets meet technical and creative requirements. Manage workload efficiently to handle multiple small-sized assets across projects. Maintain consistency in art style, scale, and detail according to project guidelines. Ensure all assets are production-ready and compatible with the required tools or platforms. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the 3D production pipeline and asset quality.
