Superpowers
you have are

  • 3+ years of experience in gameplay animation or related fields;

  • Advanced proficiency in 3D animation software and game engines;

  • Experience with motion capture data, including editing and cleanup;

  • Strong understanding of camera animation, cinematic framing, and facial animation;

  • Ability to design animation systems in collaboration with gameplay team members.

  • Knowledge of auto-rig frameworks like mGear or Advanced Skeleton;

  • A portfolio showcasing a range of gameplay animations, both hand-keyed and motion capture;

  • Work closely with game designers to ensure animations enhance gameplay responsiveness and immersion.

  • Mentor junior animators and provide constructive feedback;

  • A responsible approach to work;

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively;...
