Located in the heart of Griffintown, you will engage with complex issues faced by our Level 1 support team while providing critical after-hours assistance. You'll coordinate resolution efforts, facilitate effective communication among teams, and ensure the product quality of deployments. Strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with our software products are essential to succeed.

• Act as the point of contact for the XMSPRO suite
• Document and manage escalated tickets
• Coordinate with development for problem resolution
