360 operator

Overview

We are looking for two experienced 360 operators to start ASAP on a major civil project near Reading.

Duties will involve all general 360 tasks - tracks, trenches, grading, backfill, earthworks, muck shift, lifting with excavators, etc.

Job Details

• Location: Reading
• Hours: average 43-45 per week, with some overtime and weekend work depending on workload
• Duration: Ongoing work, opportunity to move on to next phases as work opens up, potnetial for long‑term employment.

Requirements

• CPCS Blue 360 with lifting ops
• Min 6 years 360 experience
• Must provide info needed to pass DBS check and MOD screening process
• Driving licence

Pay Rates

• £24.98 - First 10 hrs weekdays
• £33.22 - After 10 hrs weekdays and nights
• £37.47 - All weekend hours
