This hands-on role requires detailed disassembly and assembly of large-scale bakery production equipment, while adhering to master sanitation schedules. The shift operates from 3pm to 11:30pm.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage a team of sanitation associates, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning processes.
+ Disassemble and assemble large-scale bakery production equipment.
+ Follow master sanitation schedules and ensure compliance with HACCP and FDA standards.
+ Implement process improvements and conduct root cause analysis to resolve sanitation issues.
+ Perform janitorial duties and ensure all equipment is sanitized properly.
