Position Summary
Responsibilities:
Set up and start injection molding machines, including loading programs and verifying parameters Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, cycle time, shot size, etc.) to maintain optimal production Monitor molding processes to ensure parts meet quality specifications and customer requirements Troubleshoot process issues such as short shots, flash, warping, and other molding defects Perform mold changes and assist with machine changeovers as needed Conduct first-piece inspections and ongoing quality checks using gauges and measuring tools Document process changes, downtime, and production data accurately Work closely with Quality, Maint...
