We are looking for a talented **2nd Shift Electrician – Level III** to join our Cummins Inc. team in Mineral Point, WI.

+ Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance to ensure reliable plant operations.
+ Analyzing equipment failures and support root cause identification to reduce downtime
+ Execute preventive maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance and longevity.
+ Interpret schematics and technical documentation to deliver precise, high-quality work.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and eliminate manufacturing constraints.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
+ Coach and guide team members, strengthening overall technical capability on the floor.
