2nd line it support engineer - bonus & career growth

Ascent People Ltd is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer in the North West for a role offering £20k-£30k per annum plus bonus and benefits.

You will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, interact with customers, resolve issues, and escalate to more senior engineers when required. Experience with Windows, Unix and Linux servers and ITIL is desired.
