This role supports production by operating and loading plastic film machines, handling heavy rolls of plastic, and assisting with packaging tasks on the 2nd shift. You will work as a flexible floater, helping wherever needed to keep machines running smoothly, materials moving efficiently, and finished products packaged accurately according to specifications.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum 6 months of machine operation experience in any production environment.
+ Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately for measuring materials and cutting to length.
+ Capability to lift and handle heavy rolls of plastic weighing around 50 pounds.
+ Experience performing manual labor in a manufacturing, production, or general labor setting.
+ Comfort working with hand tools for cutting, trimming, and packaging tasks.
