Job Description
Arlington Central School District is seeking a highly qualified and motivated New York State Certified School Psychologist to join our dedicated team beginning approximately September 3, 2026.
Performance Responsibilities:
This is a ten month position. The Certified School Psychologist provides professional work involving comprehensive psychological services. School psychologists support students’ academic, social, and emotional success by collaborating with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to create safe, supportive, and effective learning environments. They use a variety of evidence-based strategies to address individual and group needs, including consultation, counseling, behavioral intervention, and guidance on effective instructional and classroom management practices.
