Duties And Responsibilities
The Manager, Rehabilitation & Restorative Care provides leadership and operational oversight for the interdisciplinary Rehabilitation & Restorative Care Program at Lakeridge Gardens Long‑Term Care. Working within the requirements of the Fixing Long‑Term Care Act, the Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, resident‑centred rehabilitative and restorative care programs that promote independence, functional ability, quality of life, and person‑directed outcomes.
