The department seeks qualified candidates to teach undergraduate courses such as:
- ENOL 105 – Advanced Sensory Evaluation of Wines
- ENOL 151 – Winery Equipment
- ENOL 164 – Wine Analysis and Production
- ENOL 166 – Cellar Operations
- ENOL 168 – Introduction to Vine, Grape and Yeast Biochemistry
- or other classes that may be identified as needed to fulfill the educational goals of current students
