24/7 Enterprise Network Support Engineer

Singtel Group is a leading provider of enterprise network services in Singapore, seeking a skilled Tier 2 network support professional. You will manage incidents and service requests within SLAs, perform RCA, and implement timely resolutions while acting as a technical escalation point for internal teams and Global Corporate customers.

This role requires knowledge of IP networking, CPE, and experience with Cisco/Juniper.
