Brand Manager – Function: Customer Development – Reports to UL Spain HC CSP & Marketing Manager – Location: Barcelona (Viladecans)

Job Purpose

This role exists to join our team within the Home Care Business area at Unilever. You’ll support the CSP & Marketing Home Care Manager in developing the national Brand Marketing Plan (BMP) Strategy for the Home Care brands, helping to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate the BVP into the Brand Marketing Plan (BMP).
• Develop and deploy the brand marketing plan, assisting in the execution of the integrated activity schedule.
• Lead adaptation of brand communication assets, BTL media plan (Social, Influencer Marketing & PR) and deliver disruptive and innovative brand projects.
• Collaborate with Spain CSP & Marketing; HC Lead to define the short, medium, and long‑term strategy for the company's brands within the assigned category.
