Overview
Omega Tutoring are looking for 1:1 tutors to support children in care, children with special educational needs and excluded pupils in Dover and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Work one on one with students aged 5-16 years old.
- Deliver sessions focused on English and Maths.
- Conduct sessions at the student’s home or local library.
- Work primarily with disengaged students who are often not on a school roll and may have behaviour or SEN difficulties, and are likely working below age‑related expectations.
- Provide up to three hours of tutoring per day, five days a week, with flexibility depending on the student’s needs; additional hours may be possible by taking on more than one case.
