1:1 SEN Support
Some children need someone who'll celebrate every step forward, and be the familiar face they can count on every day.

We're looking for a caring 1:1 SEN Support Assistant to work closely with a pupil who needs additional support to thrive in school. You'll play a vital role in helping them feel safe, included and ready to learn.
Your responsbilities will include:
- Suporting pupils with additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech and Langauge and other SEND
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities
- Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence, and engagement
- Promoting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment
