1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant

Protocol Education is working with a primary school in Yate that is looking for a dedicated 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs.

This role involves providing individual support throughout the school day, helping a child access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential in a supportive classroom environment.

Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable, particularly autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or social, emotional and mental health needs. However, we also welcome applicants from backgrounds such as care, youth work, support work, coaching, or mentoring.
