1:1 SEMH Behaviour Support Mentor

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a Behaviour Support Mentor for a secondary school in Middleton, Rochdale. The successful candidate will provide personalized 1:1 support for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them engage with learning and develop positive behaviours.

The role includes working closely with the pastoral team to implement tailored behaviour support plans, fostering trust and respect with the student. Ideal candidates will possess strong behaviour management skills and experience in educational settings.
