Role: You will be responsible for delivering Enhanced Operations Services for selected customers as an Infra Engineer. You will provide expert support for the customers during this critical technical escalations, Migrations, Go-live activities, provide suggestions for critical activities & proactive engagements on planned rollout activities. In addition, you will actively share insights and learnings to help enable and upskill the broader team.Experience: Minimum 6+ years managing Linux Redhat/Suse servers. Good understanding of Networking concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Routing and Name Resolution. Good technical understanding of the infrastructure components. Experience analysing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues.
