Job Description
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide chief expert SAP functional leadership for product integrations and multi-country rollouts.
- Act as primary technical reviewer and approver for changes to ensure alignment with templates and long-term strategy.
- Lead design and architecture discussions for new solutions and enhancements, collaborating with developers and PDOs.
- Mentor, coach and support team members, transferring product knowledge and guiding complex issue resolution.
- Oversee sprint planning, epic governance and ensure JIRA/Confluence artefacts are maintained and accurate.
- Coordinate and approve CRs for production deployments and participate in ITSM approval workflows.
- Drive monitoring strategy, dashboard design and automated reporting to manage incidents proactively.
