Job Description
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Operational support for payroll runs in different countries.
- Functional support of business teams.
- Maintain payroll schemas and rules.
- Configure business requirements in payroll.
- Conduct Functional tests and System Integration tests.
- Manage and resolve incident and service request tickets related to SAP HCM Payroll, ensuring adherence to
- service level agreements (SLAs).
- Interact with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
- Manage general queries of colleagues and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- SAP HCM certification.
- Minimum of 8 year of experience in SAP HCM PY operations, support or development
